Laserfiche Champion Program

The Laserfiche Champion Program (“LCP”) is a program to incentivize participants to share experiences, information, and feedback about Laserfiche software and products. This program is available to all Laserfiche users.^[1] There is no cost to join.  By participating in the LCP, you also agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice which are incorporated by reference.

Enrollment in LCP is done by you (“you” or “Participant”), and not by your employer or other entity. This means that these terms are binding on you as an individual.

You may join LCP by enrolling through the online form with your business email address. You will receive an email confirming enrollment in the program. This email contains a link to the LCP information website page.

Details on how you may engage with the platform and benefits are included on the website.  By joining and participating in the LCP, we rely on you to abide by your organization’s guidelines with respect to what you can and cannot accept in terms of benefits and rewards. Laserfiche may, in its sole discretion, deny eligibility to or terminate you from the LCP without prior notice. 

Laserfiche may, in its discretion, change the LCP terms, benefits, and offers at any time without notice. Laserfiche reserves the right to terminate the LCP at any time.  Benefits will not be provided after the termination date of the LCP. LCP benefits including points have no monetary value, do not constitute your property, and are not transferable. Upon termination, all accumulated and remaining Points shall become void and irredeemable.

Laserfiche believes in full, fair, and effective disclosures of material facts relating to LCP’s relationship with Laserfiche in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials. Any content you create in connection with any LCP activities must reflect your honest opinions, beliefs, findings, or experiences with Laserfiche and Laserfiche’s software and products.

You expressly waive any rights or claims of liability against the Laserfiche Entities for any awards or other benefits provided under the LCP. In no event shall the Laserfiche Entities be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of Laserfiche acts or omissions in connection with the LCP.

^[1] Employees of Laserfiche Distributors and Solution Providers are excluded from participation in the LCP. Laserfiche reserves the right to grant or deny participation to any individual in its sole discretion.
