Responsible for all of Laserfiche’s presales and technical training teams across the globe, Chan leverages his extensive knowledge of the Laserfiche platform to provide internal support to different Laserfiche teams across regions and to external partners. He is focused on providing the most effective technical resources to support Laserfiche’s growing channel and user community.

Chow fosters productive relationships with solution providers, ensuring they have access to standardized processes, policies, tools and training needed to drive channel success and provide the best solutions and services to customers. With an acute understanding of channel needs, she remains focused on process improvement, and how IT infrastructure, systems and policies play a role in sales success.
