CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA (September 8, 2014)—At Gartner Symposium/ITxpo Africa, Mr. Rajen Maistry, System Analyst at ArcelorMittal South Africa, will outline how his organisation uses Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) software to streamline its document processes and save on bottom line costs.
The presentation will take place on Thursday, September 11, from 9:45 – 10:30 am in Hall 4B at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
ArcelorMittal South Africa currently uses Laserfiche to systematically scan, update and retrieve its employee records. In addition, it uses Laserfiche to automate business processes such as document routing and completion of report tables.
“Laserfiche is a flexible and scalable ECM system that really delivers on performance,” said Maistry. “In the future, we plan to expand Laserfiche to our other business units, as well as implement records management.”
Laserfiche International, a silver sponsor, will be present at booths 6 & 8 throughout the event to demonstrate Laserfiche 9 and answer questions about how ArcelorMittal South Africa is using the software. Stop by the booth for fun giveaways and a chance to learn more about the solution.
