Visionary Human Resources Initiatives Honored at Laserfiche Run Smarter Awards

Laserfiche announced today that Minnesota’s City of Rochester, Luminus Financial, and the Saint Louis Public School District have won Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards for excellence in human resource initiatives.

- City of Rochester, MN: As part of the City of Rochester’s HR philosophy, city employees enjoy tuition reimbursement for courses aimed at furthering their education. The city used Laserfiche to automate the reimbursement process, dramatically expediting review of requests and fulfillment.
- Luminus Financial: A credit union committed to providing members with a full range of financial services all in one place, Luminus Financial, leverages Laserfiche’s business process automation capabilities to streamline time off requests. The initiative eliminated manual routing of information, improved accuracy and cut hours from the review process, while enabling future growth for the organization.
- Saint Louis Public School District: Comprising more than 70 schools, Missouri’s Saint Louis Public School District is responsible for employee records that date back a century. In just three months, the district converted 3 million pages of information into digital files stored in Laserfiche, making them easily accessible to authorized users.
Each year, the Run Smarter Awards recognizes organizations that use Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) to improve productivity, transform business processes and realize visionary initiatives. The Laserfiche Run Smarter Award winners were announced during the Laserfiche Empower 2017 Conference. In total, 31 organizations from around the world were honored during the event.
