Hunter College and Plano Independent School District Receive Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards for BPM Excellence

Each year, Laserfiche recognizes organizations that use Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) to improve productivity, innovate processes and achieve exceptional business results. This year, Laserfiche is pleased to announce that two educational institutions have won Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards for excellence in business process management (BPM).

- Hunter College, New York—Hunter College, the largest college in the City University of New York system, uses Laserfiche to streamline the administration of grants throughout the lifecycle, enabling staff to work smarter, not harder, and in a more expeditious matter. Most importantly, Laserfiche has helped the organization to provide better services to its faculty.
- Plano Independent School District, Plano, TX—The Plano Independent School District has 72 schools that serve approximately 55,000 students. It automated the after-school care program processes of tracking and confirming student attendance and late pickups with Laserfiche, improving accuracy in legal and financial protocol. The district currently uses 15 electronic forms and has over seven million pages of documents in its Laserfiche repository, the equivalent of 3,285 physical storage boxes.
