Bode will lead the company’s People initiatives and support Laserfiche culture and policy adoption as the company scales its innovation, sales, marketing and operations globally.

Bode has more than a decade of experience in leadership roles, including most recently at a top community bank in California with $2 billion in assets, where she was responsible for translating the business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance and employee engagement, achieve hiring goals and position the organization for growth. She is passionate about working collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders on improving the employee experience,diversity, equity and inclusion, engagement and talent acquisition. ​
