He is passionate about developing high-performing, mission-focused teams to build trusting relationships and leverage modern marketing techniques that drive sustainable revenue. Merrill will apply this experience to align marketing strategy to support the specific needs of customers and business partners, and promote impactful, enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Merrill is a graduate of the Pepperdine University MBA program, with an emphasis on marketing. Prior to joining Laserfiche, his diverse professional experience includes leading marketing strategy for companies such as Aerohive Networks and Intel, consulting on business advisory, and marketing development and organizational development. He has also served as a long-standing volunteer with Boy Scouts of America as committee chair and scoutmaster.
