Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards Honors Organizations for Excellence in Customer Service

Each year, Laserfiche recognizes organizations that use Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) to improve productivity, innovate processes and achieve exceptional business results. This year, Laserfiche is pleased to announce that three organizations from around the world have won Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards for enhancing how they provide customer service.

- Alabama Department of Mental Health, Montgomery, AL—The Alabama Department of Mental Health leads the state’s efforts to enhance the health and well-being of those impacted by mental illnesses, development disabilities, substance abuse and addiction. With Laserfiche, the department created an intuitive, searchable electronic database for patient health records, virtually eliminating physical file cabinets. Laserfiche enables doctors and nurses to focus on providing high-quality patient care by decreasing the time it takes to retrieve and update important information.
- PERI Formwork Scaffolding Engineering (Pty) Ltd, Stellenbosch, South Africa—PERI Formwork Scaffolding Engineering is a member of a leading global manufacturer and supplier of formwork and scaffolding systems to the construction industry. PERI South Africa deployed Laserfiche to provide customers with web-based access to monthly statements and invoices. This initiative has decreased the time it takes to process invoices and improved the customer experience—all while addressing regulatory compliance requirements.
- Sureway Employment and Training, Wagga Wagga, Australia—Sureway Employment and Training has been providing innovative employment solutions for job seekers and employers for more than 20 years. The company used Laserfiche to streamline the processing of job seekers’ information, so recruitment consultants have more time to liaise with job seekers and employers. Recruitment consultants now generate a higher number of employment opportunities while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
