DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (May 13, 2015)—At Gartner Symposium/ITxpo Dubai, Mr. Ahmad Al Nasser, IT Director at the UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (formerly known as the Ministry of Labour), will outline how his organization uses Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) software to re-engineer business processes including information capture and HR records management.
The presentation will take place on Wednesday, May 20, from 2:15-2:45 pm (GMT + 4:00) in Joharah 7 at the Mina A’Salam Convention Center, Madinat Jumeirah Hotel.
The ministry currently uses Laserfiche in its Human Resources department to automate document capture and indexing for its employee files. In addition, it uses Laserfiche to simplify its records management practices by automatically purging specified sections of employee files after a designated interval, eliminating the need for staff to manually track and perform this work.
“Laserfiche can help a lot with business process re-engineering,” said Al Nasser. “It’s a very easy and straightforward solution, which can make a big change in the organization.”
Laserfiche International, a platinum sponsor, will be present at booth P4 throughout the event to demonstrate Laserfiche and answer questions about how the ministry is using the software. Stop by the booth for fun giveaways and a chance to learn more about the solution.
