VyStar Credit Union Selects Laserfiche Enterprise Document Management Solution

Long Beach, CA – After extensive due diligence, VyStar, one of the top twenty credit unions in the US, has selected Millennial Vision (MVi) to seamlessly integrate credit union core data processing systems with Laserfiche® electronic document management systems. “We went through a very thorough search process before finally selecting MVi and Laserfiche, and we are pleased with our decision,” said VyStar CIO Terry L. Mayne.
MVi President Bill Poulter said, “We provide a special niche in the credit union market and have grown to 185 credit union customers. VyStar will be our largest customer, with a 500 concurrent-user system.” Poulter added that VyStar personnel met with MVi staff, Laserfiche key employees and numerous end users over a period of several months. “VyStar wanted to find the best system that would fit its needs, and invested the necessary time and energy to do its due diligence,” Poulter said.
VyStar has 25 offices, all within an hour drive of its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. VyStar’s assets exceed $3.3 billion, and it serves 350,000 members.
